Lauren Hinkley this is all over the place. I just hope the dog is safe. Spca messaged me that the dog was safe with finder, then I saw a recent post dog was surrendered to shelter, now dog is back home.

Kathleen A Ragona there’s an update from the finder that Blue Chip informed her that the dog has been reunited with its owner! From looking at the PawBoost post, the owners only had the option to “email” to contact. There’s a good chance they didn’t see the email response until later today. I personally have my email notifications turned off so I don’t know I have one until I physically open the app.
