Any chance this is her? I saw her on the corner of Federal and the I-70 E exit this morning around 10 am. This dog was with individuals asking for money on the corner. I’ve seen these individuals on this corner before but never with a dog so it raised a red flag for me which is why I took the photo. Fyi - police were there speaking with the individuals.
