Thank you so much for making the connection. The information about the dog at the Humane Society matches Rocco's description but there seems to be differences as well. He has been gone for so long that I'm not sure if his looks have changed. I wrote to the Humane Society as Rocco has a clipped tail. He was a rescue. I don't know why the tail was clipped but it would establish a positive ID.

Put up lost dog posters and go door to door handing out flyers. Also, ask about ring and security video. Post on Lost and Found Pets of Hillsborough County and nextdoor. Put laundry out with your scent on it. Check all ravines, culverts, retention ponds and woods. Check with all the shelters and vets in the area. Go to PRC and the Humane Society. Good luck!❤🐾

Check surrounding areas really well..bushes,under/behind houses,ponds buildings .....Lils don't travel far.
