Is this a joke? Sounds like more spam and Bs in this group. Nj “near” New York but yet no town? So what was it in the water? It’s 4 months (and they know this how) and was found but never reported or handed over to police or shelter? So these people kept someone’s lost pet all these months without reporting it or handing it over to police, and now trying to give it away?
