We just moved here about a week ago so he does not know the area at all and I know that the fireworks scared the crap out of him so I’m not sure which direction he would’ve went. I’ve been out looking for him every day yelling for him walking up and down the streets I’m so I’m hoping that somebody took him in because he is very sweet and hopefully they see this.

This site has good advice. Put out dirty clothes from the owner on your porch as cats can smell long distances and leave a door open. Walk around shaking treats and talking in a normal voice, but do NOT call his/her name. Play cat meows from YouTube & walk around day & night. This has helped find 2 cats! Hope he/she comes home soon. 🙏 Post neon flyers all around the area! Put out a cat trap if you know the area he/she may be and use an outdoor camera to make sure you are alerted immediately if he/she is caught. Walk around at night with a flash light too.
