Message from Owner
Emilio was rescued by Powhatan Animal Control; he'd been living outside in all weather with no shelter and very inconsistent care -- fed and watered only occasionally. His entire sheep flock of neglect. He is fearful of EVERYTHING. But he has a gentle temperament and is good with other dogs and cats. Gentling him is going to be a lot of work and I am committed to doing that work. He deserves to live a peaceful life with love, consistent care, and the companionship of other dogs, which is what I dearly want to give him. IMPORTANT: He is dragging a four-foot long red and reflective silver braided lead.
