I hope somebody reported this to AC and at least they could go talk to this landlord and find out what the issue is and where the cat is... I just can't understand how anyone could do a thing like this to a little innocent animal who did know harm to anyone... I pray someone finds this cat and takes him in and that the landlord did not do any other harm to him... maybe check cameras through the area just in case...unfreaking believable🤬😢🙏🐾

Sharing you should have the landlord arrested and have the cops find out where he dumped the cat out because in a strange place the cat must be very scared.
