She is black and white with some brown spots. Last wearing a light blue harness.

Message from Owner

My dog got out of the gates at the dog park and is running around the Westover area. There is a park, and elementary school around there. She is very skittish and will run if you run at her. I'm hoping someone spots her and then I can come and try and call her in. She is very scared and does not know the area. Please do not chase. She is microchipped. If you have treats or food that will be the best way to get her attention otherwise I'm not sure how to get her to stop running. I'm very worried about her because there's just a bunch of streets and neighborhoods and I don't want her to get hurt. She is not aggressive at all, she is just scared.

Some suggestions. Get brightly colored poster paper, make signs, and post in about a 5 mile radius near where she went lost. Flyers in local vet offices and apartment management offices are helpful. If possible, get a drone company for a search in the area she was lost. I recently went through this. A dog owned by a good friend that passed escaped her collar as I was bringing her home for the first time. So she was in an area she did not know. A lady responded to my poster, and I was able to live trap her and bring her home 2 days later. Don't give up.

Bumping this post again in hopes that if anyone is out and about this weekend and might spot my girl out there. I am the owner and still looking for her. We have put fliers out in the neighborhood she was last spotted and my husband will be out there again today in hopes of maybe catching her. Thank you for everyone's help.
