Where was he lost from? Home, park? Ask around for CCTV which may have captured him. Put up posters in the area. Contact all local vets, shelters, and pounds, and post in multiple Lost Pet groups on Facebook. Make sure to report your dog as missing with Central Animal Records, or whichever company your dog’s microchip is registered with, and also notify your local council so you can be contacted and reunited with him when he is found. I hope your dog is found as soon as possible 🙏🏼❤️

Leave a piece of your clothing where last seen, they will often return there. Door knock. If suspected stolen check CCTV footage in area.
