Message from Owner

😿MISSING SENIOR CAT — EVERTON PARK 😿 Our beautiful 17-year-old rescue tabby, Karl, has been missing since Thursday afternoon, 27 August. At his age, he stays very close to home and always comes in for dinner and stays inside overnight, so this is extremely unusual for him. We’re very worried he may be injured or hiding somewhere nearby. 📍 Last seen: Mountridge Street/Sim Street Everton Park 🙏 He may hide in garages, sheds, under hses/decks, dense gardens and other sheltered spots. If he’s hurt or frightened, he may be hiding silently and not respond when called. If you’ve seen him at all since Thursday, even if you’re not certain it was him, please DM me. He’s been part of our family for 17 years and we desperately want our old boy home. ❤️

Try going out late at night or really early mornings when it's quiet and there more likely to come out off hiding or hear you calling and shaking cat biscuits as you walk your neighbourhood also check out street drains and call down them a favourite hiding place and ask neighbours or do a letterbox drop and get them to check sheds and garages incase it's accidentally got locked in or hiding also makesure microchip is up-to-date with correct phone number and details and ask them to put a red flag against it as missing. You can also try a torch at night to see shiny eyes reflecting back at you if there hiding under low shrubs and buildings and vehicles or neighbouring properties. Contact local vets and pounds even 24hr vets incase it's been found and taken for a microchip scan.
