Message from Finder

This cat has been spotted multiple times over the past month foraging in the garbage for food. He is very skiddish and will not let humans get too close. He will let me feed and water him when I see him but he darts under the nearest car if I get too close.

Rosemary Packard it has been a challenge to catch him. He won't eat or approach the food at all if I'm within a few feet and he isn't food motivated enough to ignore me. I did get slightly closer to him tonight so I'll of course keep trying my best. This is only the third time I've seen him and it's the first time it's been light enough to get a good photo of him. I guess I'm making an assumption about gender here obviously.
