This young dog is extremely emaciated but still so snuggly and trusting. We treated him for fleas, he is not chipped and heartworm negative.

Thank you. MACC was called immediately when we found him. They are full so had us file a report on 24Pet Connect. We currently have a very generous short term foster to hold over the 3 day legal hold. She took him to the vet in which he was treated for fleas & worms, and vaccinated. We are currenty reaching out to rescues to secure long term foster/placement if the owners do not come forward.
