My neighbour found this poor guy at the corner of the roads above. No tags but has a leash and collar. We have gone all over to try and find anyone who knows him but got nowhere. He's safe at their hse for the night but will try vet tomorrow morning. He's definitely someone's pet. Well fed and friendly. Poor guy. Please help us find his owners.
