Tiffany Waltermeyer-Wetherford Is there a way of contacting the owner? I would love to offer to pay for a grooming service to help with his matted fur.

I thought of that and I agreed but that doesn't mean the pup isn't in pain. I would be happy to pay for a grooming service if they can't afford one.

Tiffany Waltermeyer-Wetherford I know but she’s obviously not cared for. Matting of hair takes a while and it’s extremely painful
