Message from Owner

Yesterday my bird escaped and flew into tree on 11th and Barker in Greenacres, WA. Tried for hours to help him down. Fire department came and tried to help, almost got him but he flew off. Was sighted and heard at 10th Lane & S Harmony intersection last night 9pm. Was unable to find him and have no new leads today. Please contact me if anyone sees him or hears a very loud squawking parrot in Greenacres area.

Martin Lowe thank you. We have been playing our other birds calls for him. His last spotting was 9pm day he went missing. When we got the message we went by nothing. Neighbors all heard him. I've been walking the streets calling. Playing audio passing flyers, talking to everyone. No leads. I am trying to be hopeful but its crushing inside.

Keep the faith! Have his favorite snacks with you and if he likes bird videos, have some saved and play them loud if you think he’s near. It worked for me to get my little guy out of a tree after he was gone for 26 hours. You’ve probably hearing all kinds of stuff about what to do - sorry if this is redundant. Just keep looking and be logical about he might be. Most domestic birds won’t get more than a ½ mile from their home for at least a few days. It was true for mine. Good luck!
