Lost chichuah picked up by 1700 John young in front of a church its golden tan about 12yrs between the hour of 5-11pm. she’s a service animal. She ran out the hse when she heard the thunder I was putting my electric wheelchair away. And she ran out the hse.That was told that it was picked up and that I had to pay a fee which I'm willing to do Belongs to my daughter whose special needs non verbal and she hasn’t stopped crying. She picks up her low blood sugar and anytime she has a seizure. She lays on top of her until it stops. Cordially Janet L Perez
