Female dog found around 11:40PM on September 8th 2026 on corner on Lanning and Laurel in Whittier. Please contact me if she belongs to you! My family and I will be taking her tomorrow morning to a vet to see if she's microchipped. if she is not chipped we will be taking her to a shelter tomorrow. UPDATE SEPT 8th: We took her to the vet and she unfortunately is not chipped. We tried going around the neighborhood again to see if she belonged to anyone there but no one claimed her nor recognized her around here. Because of this, we believe she might have traveled far. We had to take her to the Downey Animal Shelter 11258 Garfield Ave, Downey CA, 90242. Please, share if you know a caring person who would love to have her. She's so sweet and playful and deserves a home.
