Stephanie Deleon what I read is that he was with a homeless man that was mean... so I think if he could be taken to the animal control or a rescue that would be better than having a person who is mean. Just my opinion 💜🙏

He was with a homeless man 2 days ago. I remember since the dog is so pretty. The man was not too nice. I offered him water and he told me to F off. Poor puppy hope he finds a furever home soon
