Spread the word or put a sign out in your neighborhood. It may be the owner doesn't use social media. Maybe walk the pup, weather permitting. Maybe the owner is out looking for this baby. Get him scanned for a chip. You can call animal control to come scan if you don't have a vet or pet store close by that can do it.
