Ruthann Urquhart he might have a UTI...did you notice if he was straining to urinate at all or only peeing small amounts? Low cost neuter options are available as well. Is he from the area he went missing in?

Nancy Novak sounds like nephew doesn't do litter box so cat doesn't know any better. Now he's missing in an unfamiliar area. So freaking sad and preventable if people thought twice. Or at all.

Go potty!? Outside, without a leash or enclosure!? An unneutered cat.

You don't just let a cat out to go potty! How about a litterbox

They are usually closer than you think and scared/hiding (unless not fixed). It can be over a week before they venture out for food. Don’t rely on neighbors seeing your missing kitty posts. *Live traps work well but must be monitored often. Talk to all neighbors and physically check yourself all surrounding sheds, garages, under bushes and decks (5 house radius). Give your mail carrier a pic with phone # on it. Check and post on Nextdoor, PawBoost, PETFBI, and Petco Love Lost. If they come back, chip and clip if not already done. 🐱
