I think I’ve seen this dog. There are 3 dogs wandering around my neighborhood by Monterey and Mt Vernon. Very friendly but scared. We’ve been feeding them for about a week. There’s 2 small dogs that look exactly like this and one that looks like a poodle. Maybe one of them is yours.
