Pretty sure this dog was roaming the Walmart parking lot on Main St about 3 weeks ago. He ate from my hand but wouldn't let me catch him.

Matthew Wales I went and found him after he was posted/spotted by someone else. I went there took A LOT of food & water. I set up big bowls of food and water for him and even spent some time with him. I literally was not ABLE to bring him home. Did it hurt me that I wasn’t able to OBVIOUSLY YES. I even tried calling animal control to go get him but they didn’t show up. The person that now has him isn’t even able to continue to hold him much longer. All that being said ,can you provide him a home then?????
