Sham Alsabsabe then you put the collar back on him as soon as you're done bathing him, or if you can't remember, then leave the collar on him. You may not get him back without any ID information on him.

He should be microchipped. Is he? Why wasn't his collar with an ID tag on him? That is your fault for letting him roam outside and not having any contact information on him.
