Looks like a pitbull that has been on its own for a while. Liaisons on its legs.
Message from Finder
Very sweet old pup. I called the non emergency line and left him with a woman in the parking lot who agreed to stay with him (I had a meeting) until someone arrived for him. Poor guy seemed like he’s been on his own for a while. No information on his collar to indicate where his home is.
