Message from Finder
She/he was found near the Factory. She is almost completely black except for a small white tip to her tail. She is very talkative. Very long nails and skinny when found. Tried to feed and water but did not want. I clipped her nails so she doesn’t harm my cat potentially outside. (Don’t worry I was very careful not to go too short) I let her back outside near where she was found.
