Hello! Providing an update: I had found this sweet golden standard poodle puppy roaming around USC Arcadia hospital and nearby clinics. I’ve taken the pup to Pasadena Humane Society. He did not have a tag or microchip. The pup appeared to be uninjured when I found him- photo was just of him laying down while I was petting him. Also, I had given him a snack and water. His gums were pink and no signs or concerns for dehydration. I’ve included the link from PHS website to show he made it there safely :) https://pasadenahumane.org/animals/name-unknown-10/
