Message from Owner
Got out at 345am this 1st between Wallula and Towle... So on Wednesday 9/30 we adopted two kitties due to their previous owner having past. They have been kept in our room the entire time as we slowly get them acclimated to the new space, home, family, other animals etc. One of the cats has been more reserved and slower to get comfortable enough to get curious where as the other seemed ready to want to explore outside the room though not completely ready because he hadn't yet had enough exploring with my resident cat. At some point in the night he snuck out of our room I believe it could have been that the door was left cracked with a weight too far open to squeeze through or when my husband went to check on my daughter at 230am. When I got up at 345 am and exited my room to go downstairs to the kitchen I saw a cat bolt towards the back door which made me confused wondering if the back door had been left open and it was some neighborhood cat or what because my door was closed. I went back to my room to check under the bed and found only one cat therefore I knew that it was Angel who had somehow escaped the bedroom and then because the sliding door was also left open he bolted outside. I was up from 345 to 545 looking for and doing all the suggested things...then after morning came again went to search. I really home he just ran to the nearest hiding spot and has stayed there for now and will be able to make his way back. I out out items of his old owner that has the scent from her home as well as his brother binx' scent. Im just so worried since everything is so new he won't recognize our hse because he hasn't seen the outside in the daylight or explored or knows anything of the area...please if you see or know anything, let me know. We need him home, he needs his brother and his brother needs him. He's been through so much already.
