FOUND DOG – CARLIE (Senior Female) Carlie is an elderly female dog who was found wandering alone. She is microchipped, and attempts have been made to contact her owner, but no one has come forward to reclaim her. She appears to have been neglected and has severe arthritis, making it difficult for her to get around. Despite everything, she is incredibly sweet, gentle, and loves people. If you recognize Carlie or know who she belongs to, please contact me as soon as possible. If no owner is found, I’m also looking for a reputable rescue, foster, or experienced adopter who can give this sweet senior girl the love and comfort she deserves.
