I just love this photo! Have you found him? Just in case you didn’t find him yet here is some advice. If he isn’t in someone’s home, he could have been taken to your local Animal Services shelter, so check there and file a Lost Cat report if you haven’t already. Here are some suggestions. ♦️ Please keep checking this local PawBoost to see if your kitty is posted as FOUND. Update this LOST PawBoost post to include your phone number where it asks for it. NOT in the body of your post. Please keep checking your post often, and all other new posts. Look on the PawBoost.com website This option broadens the search base quite a bit more. You can do searches by breed, color, location, etc. Keep checking back on your post often. ♦️Walk your neighborhood, door to door, taking notice of everything, looking for your kitty. If you call out to your kitty, understand he protecting himself, (or someone could have brought him inside) so don’t expect him to come out from hiding. You may even walk right by where he is. When you go looking for your kitty, you might want to do it just before dusk. Remember, to call him in a quiet voice (and try to sound cheery while using the same voice tone that you call for him in your home. (So he doesn’t think he’s in trouble or that you sound stressed.) You literally need to start in your yard & back yard, under bushes, sheds, etc. Be careful because of rattlesnakes under bushes. Look up too, as he could be in a tree. He probably isn’t that far away. ♦️If your your kitty is microchipped make sure the info is current with the chip company. ♦️Not only should you go to the shelter in person, but also look on their website at the found cats. Also, people do foster found pets and those will be in the found listings as well. You may want to also check others shelters. Many shelters allow you to do an online lost pet report and then you’ll be in their database. Check the Found databases,, DAILY. Go in person. Check other counties too. ♦️Post in other local Facebook Lost & Found pet forums, as well as 24PetConnect, etc. Post onNextDoor, and check CraigsList, or other sales media where a finder may try to “re-home” your pet. ♦️Make MISSING posters (flyers) with neon paper & use page protectors. You can get a free template from PawBoost, 24PetConmect,@:$ the County’s website. Post within a mile of the location your kitty went missing, on street telephone poles,, and walk the neighborhood too handing out flyers. See if anyone has cameras which may provide additional information. Share flyers with local stores, veterinarians, pet stores; anywhere you can to let people know about your missing kitty. ♦️You are NOT required to give anybody money to return your pet. The law requires that a finder make “reasonable efforts” to find a pet owner. PLEASE watch out for scammers. This should also help you 🐾 https://www.dailypaws.com/cats-kittens/cat-safety-tips/how-to-find-a-lost-cat
