Orange Tabby Cat

Message from Finder

I sighted this Orange Tabby Cat in someone's driveway but I don't know who it belongs to. This cat has burn marks around the neck and head. Also, eyes are swollen and you can tell it's in pain. It doesn't look like a cat or dog fight. It looks like a human abused this baby. I don't know if the cat is still there, I just sighted it.

This looks like a really bad case of mange 🥺 Needs to see a vet asap and start treatments. Might also be anemic from fleas. This poor guy 🥺🥺

Update...Bryan Animal Shelter went to the address and did a welfare check. They saw the cat, but it got scared and walked away. They're going to ask the person living there if they can set a trap to catch it. They suspect that it has been spade/neutered because the ear is clipped. Also, that it has some type of allergy that's making it scratch itself. And they said it's eyes weren't swollen.

I hope that poor cat can get some help. I think there's too much white on its face to be mine and I don't see the tip of an ear clipped off, like mine. Thank you for the info.
