This cat has been around my neighborhood for the past month. Looks about 11 lbs. Comes into my yard but it wont come near me and my cats are aggreasive toward it. Very vocal. Over time it's become slower, it looks weaker and thinner, and its coat looks dirty. It used to jump on fences to go between hses, now it goes under those same fences.
