Dalton Woods People have better understanding when these circumstances are mentioned so we'll understand the why .

Elmarie Mathis Celatka or, hear me out, maybe if it has owners, they shouldn't have it wonder in the middle of the road, by an extremely busy intersection and be completely covered in dirt and fleas. There's a reason shelters and these pages exist. To try to find the owners and stop the pup from getting hit by a car.

Goodness there's houses all around that area . I know owner's should be more responsible and shouldn't let their pets run loose but that doesn't mean they're always dumped . Take it back and let it go back home , it knows where it lives .
