This is the 1st time I'm seeing a post about this lost dog. Maybe the owners didn't know about using fb or Nextdoor until their friend posted on their behalf? So maybe the owner had been searching their neighborhood on foot? Either way, today is Sept 24th... it's been a long time since July 4th 2026. If there's no record of this sweetie at animal control or any local shelters or rescues, then at this point it might help to print fliers with the photo & bring copies to every veterinarian & pet store & rescue group in the whole area, just in case someone took the dog in from the street & kept it. (especially since there's no mention of a microchip, or a tag, or anything.) I truly hope this dog is with someone right now, and I truly hope that person will take it for a walk outdoors, or to a store, or to a vet, etc.. where someone will recognize it as this missing dog & anonymously call 911. To everyone living in PSL, VERO, MARTIN COUNTY & even WPB.. please share this post on your FB & Nextdoor pages, because someone might have a neighbor who's been seen with this dog recently... ya never know. 🐾🙏❤️‍🩹
