Put clothes and blankets that have been worn by u guys outsode at different entry points so this baby can track the smell. Also they are more active at night

Cats have a great since of smell and can smell familiar scents from a mile or more away. So put out some bedding that he used, or something that you have worn that has your scent. Then at night leave a window up enough that you can hear him if he makes a noise. Calling him may help. A guy who had read many suggestions, including trying to call the cat after it was dark, went a bit further and used a Speaker Phone to call his cat. The cat came running out of the woods and into his arms immediately. Feel free to post this info.
