I actually had heard of someone who had been missing their cat for about 15 years. Cone to find out it was someone in a building complex almost right across the street. Whomever had her and left her and eventually moved away and she became a street cat, the feeder notified a rescue because she started not looking so good and found she was chipped. Contacted the original owners and was reunited. They only had her for a bout a year or so and she passed but here she had only been a couple of blocks away for YEARS!

My heart breaks for this owner who has been looking this long. I was always on the look out while driving anywhere. Bless this family♥️
