We were driving in an Uber and saw the stray dog (large gray and white bully breed) at the gate of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. I saw a man at the gate who appeared to be shooing him away. The dog was walking in the direction of the Wawa. I attempted to call the facility twice but no one answered. If I was driving my own car I would’ve stopped but since I am in an Uber full of people it was not an option 🥺
