Is he fixed? I have a grey kitty hanging around here in NE now. I will check and see if this one is a male. But would be easier to tell if he is not. Also does he have a chip? Maybe I can get this one scanned here.

I live in eagle rock , and people are making me sick, there has been 5 cats dumped here, and no one claims them, then when I was trying to get them help, no place can help, I have fed them because being dumped is bad enough, but starved to, since them there have been 2 more cats. I wish people would care, bc every time I see these babies it makes me feel so bad for them. What the happened to people now days?????
