She has been roaming around the loading dock area under the Cinemark theaters all night long. Well behaved and sweet dog. Firmiliar with people and clean. No tags and no chip. I took her to the 24 hour vet and the scan showed no chips. I am not from the area and am in a hotel so I couldn’t take her with me.
