The picture is just for reference, as the dog won't let me get close enough to take a good picture. This stray has been roaming the area for 2 to 3 weeks, and regularly runs up the middle of Old White Horse Road early in the morning. Hoping to determine if there's an owner out there but I feel like the dog was probably abandoned. Very skittish, just hoping to find it some help.
