Black cat with white patch on chest

Message from Owner

Fergie is a feral cat that I have taken care of for over a year. He has been TNR’d and is microchipped. I have contacted his microchipped company as well. He’s very sweet for a feral but will not allow pets. His three siblings went missing as well but have since returned. His brother misses him dearly. I have posted locally about him. It’s odd he hasn’t returned and there have been no sightings of him. He was quite attached to my yard and very friendly with me. (For a feral cat) Fergie is black with a white patch on his right side of chest, beautiful green eyes and around 8 pounds. He has his shots, is neutered and microchipped.

No Fergie has a full tail unless somehow something happened to to the tail. Thank you for feeding the kitty. Maybe you can trap him and take him to get scanned for a microchip

Does this cat have a bobbed tail? We have one that I am feeding who seems lost, black cat, kinda chub, with a bob tail.

It should say there has been no sighting of him…it autocorrected. I was also emailed from someone who said their neighbor (who is about a mile or so from me) trapped a black feral cat and relocated this cat into the woods, they thought it could possibly be Fergie. First of all that is cruel, second of all, that is ILLEGAL and third you do that to one of my feral cats and it’s on. They’re cared for by me, TNR’d from me and microchipped under my name. TNR’d feral cats are harmless. You remove a feral cat and relocate the cat without proper adjustment that is absolutely cruel. Next time you feel a feral cat is a nuisance then please contact the police, the cat may have a microchip. I will be following up with the information I was told today. Even if it wasn’t Fergie, that cat that was relocated without proper adjustment didn’t deserve that. Thank you for the positive messages and comments. I just hope he’s ok, maybe he’s with another colony…hoping something bad didn’t happen to him
