2 female dogs well groomed wearing harnesses, but no collars or chips found.

2 very sweet dogs were found in the evening of July 9 in the parking lot at Will Rogers state beach. Their owners belongings were found in the restroom with her journal, bathing suit, and dog food and she is still missing. Anyone recognize these dogs?

Michelle Blair There was a bikini in her bag, and a park worker said the woman who left the dogs was homeless and kicked out by the police and she left her belongings behind. But when Paolo (who found the dogs) asked the police, they said they had not kicked any homeless people out of the area. And then looking at her dogs and how well cared for they are, with expensive harnesses and well groomed, there is reason to believe she was not homeless, but perhaps just a woman on a road trip, a day trip, part of van life.
