2 female dogs well groomed wearing harnesses, but no collars or chips found.

2 very sweet dogs were found in the evening of July 9 in the parking lot at Will Rogers state beach. Their owners belongings were found in the restroom with her journal, bathing suit, and dog food and she is still missing. Anyone recognize these dogs?

Carmen Casal Harbor Maintenance threw her belongings away the next day. When Paolo who found the dogs asked what the normal policy is for items getting left behind, he was told they are supposed to hold the items for 72 hours. But they said that there was just rotting food in the bag and it was covered with ants so it was thrown away. However there were personal items in the bag, a journal, bathing suit, and some other things.

Lots of updates as he seems to be getting lied to by some individuals that work at the park. He was initially told she was homeless, and then they threw all her belongings away so any evidence linking to her is gone.

Hopefully didn't take their own life by drowning... praying this individual is found alive and well! You may want to send out posts to shelters in the area that maybe adopted these two dogs out, they should have the individuals name. Post flyers in stores and on streets, possibly getting volunteers to help, someone may recognize the dogs and know the owner. Have you reached out to news stations, see if they well do a story on this. Wishing everyone involved a resolution in this case. ❤️
