2 female dogs well groomed wearing harnesses, but no collars or chips found.

2 very sweet dogs were found in the evening of July 9 in the parking lot at Will Rogers state beach. Their owners belongings were found in the restroom with her journal, bathing suit, and dog food and she is still missing. Anyone recognize these dogs?
