Message from Finder

Seen walking up and down the road for several weeks. Just today, found the dog eating bird seed and drinking out of the bird bath on my back deck. Moving like in a lot of pain, doesn't appear very old. VERY thin and VERY hungry. If anyone knows where this poor baby belongs, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Would someone please keep this dog safe and take care of it like he is yours until the owners see this?! He is lost and needs someone to take good care of him. It's too hot outside for the dog to be out and he needs food and water. Could you take him to be scanned for a microchip at a vet's office. It's free. Thank you!!!!!

Can you see if he responds to the name Mono? We lost one that looks a lot like him, but we’re very far from there. We’re in Wingate, so it would be very unusual for him to have ended up all the way out there

Post on pawboost nextdoor and 24petconnect...report to animal control also in case owners call/go there to report lost.(also it's a NC law to report found animals to the animal shelter) ..post sign in your yard FOUND FLIER..owners usually ride around looking.. post on every lost and found website..did she have a collar, sometimes owners write their name inside? Rabies tag, animal control can tell you who purchased tag ...***check for a chip.. vet, most store, animal control and several countries have free chip readers at different locations.
