Ringo is a red and white 1.5 yr old Border collie/McMab mix. Not used to people much but is very sweet.
Message from Owner
I live in Browns Valley. I rescued him from a ranch only a week ago where he'd been either in a kennel or chained to concrete barn floor since he was a puppy, only out for a walk maybe once a day at best. He hasn't been around very many people so is a bit shy, but is very sweet. I'm so concerned for him and hope he's found soon. I've notified both Sutter and Yuba Animal shelters.
