Blitz is a nervous guy, he does not like fingers but if you ball up your fist he may jump on your hand. He likes to land on heads, if he does this remain calm and just walk into your home, garage or car with him on your head.

Place the cage outside with food and water. Keep the cage door open and the bird may return for food. Watch the cage so you can shut the door if bird returns. My sister had a bird return to it's cage that was outside and a neighbor shut the cage door.
