Message from Finder
While I was working at a cellular site behind Napa Auto Parts, I saw this husky type dog roaming around. It had a broken chain and a orange reflective color on it. It also looked like it's face had a cut on it. I couldn't get a picture of it but it was definitely a husky or husky mix.
