Message from Finder

They are very clearly distressed and terrifyed to be outside, they let me get close enough to pet but I wasn't sure if I could pick them up safely. Hoping to either reunite this one with family or a rescue who'd be able to come assist. Im disabled (legs) or I'd have already grabbed this poor one and gotten them scanned and to a rescue for hp.

Hi! Just wanted to give an update on this kitty. I heard back from our apartment office and thankfully she does have an owner! Apparently she’s figured out how to open the screen door and let herself out. The owner is aware and is working on fixing the issue. :)
