Tillie's Owner Says

TILLIE is home Weird, she never got out. I’m not sure what happened but she just appeared in the living room. Tillie has never disappeared in the hse for a 24 hour period. The only thing I can think of is possibly she didn’t feel well and needed to be away from all the other babies (4 dogs and a kitten) in the hse. Tillie appears to be fine and getting a lot of cuddles. Thank you for everyone’s kind words and prayers. It’s greatly appreciated.

Check on 24petconnect.com, they are linked to all the local shelters and you can search by your zip code. Call and physically go into the shelters to look for her.

Also try playing cats or kittens meowing on YouTube outside in your yard or in a window of your home. Check with neighbors as she may have been accidentally locked in a garage or shed.

Try putting something outside with your scent on it, worn socks seem to work best. If you have a garage put a bowl of food in there and leave the door open enough for her to get in. Although I am sure you have already done this, start searching immediately and keep looking. Look in bushes, under cars, and anywhere she can crawl into, they tend to stay close to home. Take a can of food with you and call her name or use whatever sound gets her to come to you. Search early morning, evenings with a flashlight, and late at night. Praying for her safe return home 🙏
