Shared. Go out late at night & early in the morning when most quiet outside & call his name. Take flashlight & treat bag to look all around your yard, bushes, garage, shed etc. Most cats don't typically go too far from home. Ask neighbors to check in their sheds, garages etc. Maybe put out a live trap & trail camera outside your house. Don't give up, be diligent! I hope you find your sweet kitty soon.

Did the family go door-to-door letting neighbors know Buddy is missing? Not everyone is on social media and won’t see your post in this group. if people could open their garages and other buildings on their property to see if Buddy is inside because it happens often. hopefully your neighbor did find him, but doesn’t know where he lives and they’re keeping him safe inside
